execution of business plans. Sending reports to the supervisory board of economic and quality results
in the scope of the committed operations.
 Improvement of quality of provided services measured by the Client Satisfaction Survey and
meetings with directors of key clients.
 Reorganization of the trade department and implementing new regulations of commissions.
Reorganization of Monitoring Station, preparing the Monitoring Station for the introduction of new

concerning the quality of provided services, implementation of technical measures of protection,
security staff retention, completion of obligatory training, etc.

Delphi
 Securitas won a global contract for the protection of Delphi objects and facilities. Creation of a
global, supervising structure over execution of services, split into regions. I was entrusted the
responsibility to supervise operations in Europe, in the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
 Negotiations and mediations with domestic representatives of Delphi and local authorities of
Securitas, or security companies, which run this service in the countries, where Securitas was not
present (Romania, RPA), concerning the quality of provided services, implementations of technical
measures of protection, security staff retention, completion of obligatory training etc.
 Actions aiming at standardization of protection services in all subject countries, based on Global
Security Manual.

 Omni Servis Security at that time used to be a medium sized Warsaw security company taken over
by Impel Security in 1995. I began my work in the branch there. I started at the position of a regular
Security Worker. I was promoted to higher positions very soon and after one year I took the
responsibility of the Agency Vice Director. The Agency owner was its Director at the same time.
