Senior Supervisory Associate, Operations and Information Technology Risk
Evaluate risk and control culture by reviewing operational risk profiles, key risk and performance
metrics, and risk tolerance levels at the world’s largest Financial Market Utility.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a risk-focused supervisory plan.
Foster relationships, information sharing and process excellence by collaborating across teams
and enlisting risk specialists within and outside the Federal Reserve System.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the Utility’s business objectives and strategies, in
terms of operational and technology risk, by reviewing select Management reports, Internal Audit
reports and Board and Executive Management Committee meeting minutes.
Facilitate target and discovery examinations, as well as, enhanced and routine continuous
monitoring reviews to gauge the adequacy of the Utility’s operating capabilities.

Contributed to the development of a risk assessment plan, which led to the development and
execution of a supervisory program for a multi-national bank’s U.S. operations.
