Bannerman Johnstone Maclay – St Vincent Street, Glasgow
During my short time at BJM I worked alongside an experienced employee. I was allocated accounting tasks to help me gain an
understanding of the accounting world. My tasks included completing cash reconciliations, preparing profit and loss accounts and
completing petty cash books. This period allow me to gain valuable experience that has helped me gain a solid understanding of the
daily routine in an accounting firm.
Customer Service Team Leader 01/2015 to Current
Paddy Power – East Kilbride
My current role is a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power. This role allows me to enhance my leadership responsibilities
with often being the duty manager. I work both individually and as part of a team, allowing me to develop in both areas. This role
entails, retrieving and translating bets, with vast amounts of cash handling and detailed reviews of bet slips.
Volunteer Group Leader 07/2011 to 08/2016
Special Needs Adventure Playground – East Kilbride
This position gives me the opportunity to be a team leader in charge of a small group. My role is to work with other staff members
throughout the play scheme, creating small tasks for the graduates to perform. This allows them the basic life skills that will help
them to progress themselves. This role has developed my confidence in being a leader and working within a team, the position has
allowed me to thoroughly develop my communication skills, with the diversity of the role making me an all-round better
individually both socially and professionally.

McDonald's – East Kilbride
My time at McDonalds allowed me to gain invaluable experience that progressed me as an individual. The role developed my team
working skills, working alongside several employees. It gave me the opportunity to work in a customer environment, helping me develop

During my Sixth year at school I performed various extra-curricular activities. This included running a football team for a local primary
