2. How to present problems :
introducing the issue
• Problems can generate conflict so extra care has to be
taken when presenting difficult issues.
• This module deals with presenting problems in two
phases
• This Unit deals with the first phase introducing the
issue.
• Tips to introduce a problem
• 1) Perspectives :- goals and roles when the
Perspectives differes if result into arising problem
Therefore before presenting a problem of s meeting it
is important their point of view ask their role in solving
the problem
3. • If you fail to understand what other think regarding
the issue you will invite unnecessary conflict
• 2.) Agenda and process :- you should be clear from
the very first about the agendas of the meeting and
also the process for discussion because this has to
be discussed and agreed before the meeting.

process of your presentation will fail and make sure

when you get to know the problem regarding any

investing the real cause of the problem as by
knowing the cause of the problem you will be able
to understand why the problem has actually ocrurd
