Throughout my Gartner tenure I was primarily focused on advising
companies on how to establish governance unique to their
organizations, build the business case for ITAM, how to measure the
success of the program, design policies, define roles and
responsibilities, implement tools and how to build a strategic roadmap
for integrating ITAM into other domains. Annually, I spoke with hundreds
of companies and governments, across multiple industries ranging from
1,000 employees to global organizations that treated ITAM as a shared
service.
