and selling across the industry in areas of IT Hardware, IBM Software and IT Services.

As the Head of Business & Operations Technical Support Services my responsibilities
include the following.
Decision Making, Strategy & Development
• Decides on structure of the Sales proposals and solution to maximize customer
satisfaction while achieving business goals of IBM
• Assist in setting individual sales reps monthly business objectives
• Decides on how to drive services Sales Team to maximize output
• Input into decisions relating to the hiring of staff.
• Responsible for day to day management of the Technical Support Services Business
including development plans, weekly reviews and any potential performance or audit
review issues
• Responsible for creating annual business plan for TSS team to illustrate growth tactics
and strategies.
• Develops strategy and objectives related to training on technology, solution focus and
competitive understanding for Sales and engineering Staff
• Analyzing improvements to the team’s productivity & performance
• Process for management and updating of appropriate budget, and Sales reports

• A team of 48 staff members reports to me directly, the team is made up of a hybrid of
FTEs & contingent staff members.
• Allocating and coordinating service delivery resources
• Manage each employees Personal business commitments (PBC)
Communications/Business Relationships
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with other key members of the
identified segments’ team eg - Marketing Manager, General Business Manager, Financial
Analyst , ISA team, etc
• Establishes good working relationships with the Business partners and to drive services
business trough the partners

• Owner of the segments’ revenue target for IBM TSS Services as well GP of IBM TSS

quota.
• Total value and health of the pipeline (capacity & quality)
• Average Revenue per Strategic segment Account and Loyalty
• Ensure that there is number of case studies & customer references through driving case
study candidates into Marketing Team
Administrative and personal development
• Attend meetings, trainings, airlifts, summits, conference calls
• Weekly commit
• Month end reporting (deals/pipeline Win/Loss report)
• Manage rebate programmes and marketing funds effectively
