2. Job Description
(All the system work done by ERP)
Verify goods when new consignment is received, through MRF, check its expiry dates, shelf life
and condition, if any shortage or excess found inform to concerned authorities Continuously
monitor invoices/bills/los as per its nature and set priorities as given instructions of delivery
Check picking lines on daily basis, if any major discrepancy inform to concerned authorities
Monitor FIFO method strictly and shuffling all stocks continuously as per available space
Monitor return goods through credit notes and cancellation of invoices on daily basis
Check temperature on regular intervals, cleanliness of forklift and other material handling
equipments
Receive all invoices in system, picked and make trip sheets against all los on daily basis
Continuously check and verify system stock and physical with its expiry dares if any variance or
any variance or any query with its expiry dates.
Check all picked invoices + items and its quantity physically, as per customer requirement
Dispatch and deliver all invoices + items to delivery section after checking
Mention picker name or get signature of picker and own initials
Follow up all pending jobs on daily basis

Job Description
Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may
include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and
pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day,
or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue
Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting
administrative staff
Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.)
