RE: PROPOSAL – RADIO IMAGING AND IMAGING PACKS DEAL
1.0 Background
Uganda’s Radio Industry has led to an influx of a staggering two
hundred[200]radio stations set up all about the country and more being
built from bottom-up as of now. This has led to a wave of competition.In
order to stay afloat and compete favorably on the market with a competition
of over one hundred radio stations in your area code,uniquely standing out
of the rest becomesno option.
Well as the presenters may be the best,without the right “imaging” of the
radio, the formercould be as good as nothing.
Radio Imaging would simply be defined as the audio branding of the radio.
Giving your radio identity by way of “radio IDs,radio jingles, sweepers and
more.” Radio imaging is as important as branding is to any product. With
wrong branding, your bestcookie doesn’t stand a chance of being noticed
from a thousand other cookies.

SECTION2
2.0 Objectives Of The Films
2.1.1
Laughter is medicine for the heart…show me a person who doesn’t want to
laugh and I will show you a sick person.GDPiDEAS RADIO – CREATIVE
will incorporate relative humor which will make your listener come back for
more – always.
2.1.2
These products will incorporate a vast range of real SFX and sounds from
the leading radio imaging producers,TM Century and fellow producers
around the world putting the radio to world standard. This would be realized
if the medium streams live.
2.1.3
GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE intends to introduce jingles to stand out
and break away from completionsince less of this is used especially to
radios using local language. This is raring because mostradio producers if
not all, don’t have the expertise to execute a nice radio jingle. We do!
2.1.4
The products will also emphasize how best the radio is over the rest. This
is in line with how human nature responds towards what media
emphasizes.
2.2 How the objectiveswill be achieved
2.2.1
Our goal will be to showcase the successfullyimplemented activities,
morale boosting the presenters and exciting the listener via sweepers and
jingles using state of the art software and hardware with the most talented
personnel. The motive is to stand out tall no matter the frequency.
2.2.2Concept
We are to use celebrated persons to attest to the radio’s might, use more
people with strong vocals for jingle and those with “broadcastvoices” for
IDs and sweepers.
We shall, if feasible,use excerpts from recorded shows and a morale
boosterand spice for the radio. This, many at times doubles as a promo for
the show therein. We give win-win to all stakeholders.
Some of the archive material would come in handy for us and this would be
the differencebetweenyour radio station and others.
2.3 ProjectManagement
This project will be undertaken by GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE under
the
Supervision of the radio management
GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE is a productionhouse with experienced
producers wo have braved a trail on the craft of production.With training
from experiencedproducers from USA, we turn ideas into sound using
state of the art equipment.
We are composed of two producers and a number of content creators with
work that is still celebrated world over.
Our writers boast of viral pieces of the famous Ann kansiime, Salvador
Idringi, Alex Muhangi, Abbey Mukiibi, Charles James Ssenkubuge among
other famous figures.
We have produced work for Salt FM, Top Radio[on a small scale], Kampala
FM[on a small scale] among other radios and sold our packs to various
media houses including movie makers. So, utilize every bit of that to get the
best.
GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE will also work closelywith the Radio’s
productionteam in pre-productionand post-production
GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE has studied the policies,terms and
conditions of Uganda Communications Commission and we shall operate
under that structure.
For some cases,we would want to use the radio productionstudio for
cases where we need to use presenter’s voices for some promotions and
other productions.
2.5 ExpectedOutputs
GDPiDEAS RADIOCREATIVE will produce all radio promotionwork
[radio IDs,sweepers and jingles].
GDPiDEAS RADIO-CREATIVE will produce clients work related to the
radio, such as adverts, and/or mentions.
2.6 Beneficiaries and impacts
The productions will highlight the mission and vision of the radio in a much
clearer way building on the work already in progress.
The productions will also create a sense of ease in the listener making it
listener friendly and addictive creating more loyal listeners and increase the
audience spontaneously.
These productions are also meant to set trend in Ugandan Radio Imaging.

3.0. THE TEAM
3.1.1
Ntumwa Gideon – ManagingDirector/ ContentCreator/Team Leader
Gideonis the Managing Director of GDPiDEASRADIO-CREATIVE.He has
a
wealth of experience in the industry having been trained by Uganda’s and
USA’s best producers.He has worked in Media industry for the last
Six years as Presenter,Music Director and senior producer. He has been
the content creator of almost all comedysects and big names in the
comedyindustry.
Gyaviila Bwesige – Radio and Music Producer/Voice-over artiste
A diverse producerwith over 10 years’ experience,creating a wide range of
content.
Gyavila is one of the few people with a broadcastvoice. He is the voice
behind many companies including Vodafone.
Nyowe Ahumuza – Voice Over Artiste.
A new recruit with rich virgin “broadcastvoice” awaiting to be put to use.
Olivia Kyomu Kaisiki – Voice Over Artiste
Olivia is a nice crispy calm voice behind Omo productions and a lot other
companies and a professionalradio presenterand anchor.
Ntende Joram – ContentCreator
A freelance writer and content creator for Fun Factory, Akandolidoli, Alex
Muhangi, Idringi Salvador and more comedyartistes.
