  1. За мен: Казвам се Гергана Павлова. Самата аз съм предприемач, след повече от 12 години опит в корпоративна среда. По природа съм творец. По призвание – коуч, ментор и фасилитатор. Отдадена съм на това да подкрепям хората в разкриването на собствения им потенциал и в изявата на тяхната собствена Същност, на Автентичния лидер у всеки един от нас. Работя и съм работила с хора от най-различни възрастови групи – с малки, големи и още по-големи момичета и момчета  , вкл. с предприемачи и бизнс лидери. Днес ще ви представя, като ви демонстрирам т.нар. GROW модел – и моят вариант I-GROW модела, в който добавям една съществена подробност ( I ). Някой от вас чувал ли е за GROW модела? Е, сега ще чуете за I-GROW модела. Това е модел, който спомага за постигането на цели и резултати - не само в бизнеса, но и в личния живот и е много подходящ за ползване от страна на предприемачите, за стартиране и развиване на бизнес. За да ви представянето I-GROW модела, избрах да ви го демонстрирам, като засегна темата за предизвикателствата в обучението по предприемачество, която е и темата на днешния панел. Ще се радвам да оползотворим времето заедно в дискусия – за да е максимално полезно, а и за да се забавляваме заедно  Колко от тук присъстващите в залата са предприемачи? Колко са преподаватели? Колко са студенти? Благодаря.
  2. И тъй като работата ми е свързана основно със задаване на въпроси и търсене на отговорите в самите вас, започвам и с въпрос. Предприемачът – кой е той? Какъв е той? Какви са неговите най-отличителни характеристики? Като чуете предприемач, какъв човек или какъв образ изниква в съзнанието ви? Ще цитирам Сандра (студентка в ТУ и предприемач), на която наскоро зададох същия този въпрос. Нейният отговор беше: “Предприемачът е човек, който иска да направи нещо и го прави. Интересува се много, много живо от това, което иска да направи. Сам си намира иното – не чака тя да дойде при него. Умее да се възползва от всяка ситуация и е много работлив, щото без работа не става.”
  3. Визия – знае какво иска и как да го постигне Креативност – има свежи идеи Действие – не се интересува откъде да си набави източниците за финансиране; той просто ги набавя, защото знае, че ресурсите са навсякъде Предприемачът е човек, който има свежи идеи и е способен да ги реализира. Истинският предприемач не ограничава собствения си потенциал за намирането на финансова подкрепа посредством спонсорство, и не се спират по пътя си, докато не реализират идеята си. Освен това, истинският предприемач има визия, която се стреми да сътвори в бъдещето, не само за себе си – но и за света като цяло. Най-ярките примери за това са Steve Jobs, Marc Zuccerberg и редица други. An entrepreneur is a person with an initiative (a fresh idea) and capable of executing it by any means. But, a true entrepreneur isn’t limited with his/her potential to find financial support through sponsorship and not in the way they care for their ideas till implementation. Apart from that, he/she is the one with a vision who aspires to create the future, not only for them – but also for the world.
  4. От гледна точка на това кой е предприемачът, какво според вас следва да бъде обучението по предприемачество или по-скоро обучение, което да създава предприемачи?
  5. Такова, че да отговаря на това КОЙ Е ПРЕДПРИЕМАЧЪТ да стимулира креативността да мотивира към визионерство критично мислене да дава свобода на изявата на творческия потенциал на човека и свобода на действието и сътворяването
  6. Кои според вас са предизвикателствата, които срещаме по пътя на реализиране на едно такова обучение или образование?
  7. Според мен, а вярвам, че и вие ще се съгласите, предизвикателствата в обучението по предприемачество произтичат от предизвикателствата в образованието въобще. Ако се замислим каква е реалността понастоящем, виждаме: Амбициозни млади хора – ново поколение Интернет – бърз и неограничен достъп до информация + всякакви други ресурси, благодарение на глобалната бизнес общност Икономика на мъдростта => Ново поколение, Нова икономика, Нова реалност – и остарели методи на обучение.... Картинката ислюстрира- еволюция в икономиката и човечеството, и в обществото – а в същото време имаме образование, което прилага остарели ( out of date ) методи. The knowledge economy is innovative. The wisdom economy is reflective. The knowledge economy wants more. The wisdom economy understands ‘enough’.  The knowledge economy demands qualifications. The wisdom economy insists on qualities first.  The knowledge economy is competitive. The wisdom economy is collaborative.  The knowledge economy is grasping. The wisdom economy is gracious.  A wisdom economy isn’t yet another ‘new economy’. But it could give us the tools to make better choices about the one we’ve got.

  9. GROW е акроним, който сам по себе си съдържа определението на процеса, който се преминава, за да се вземе решение или да се постигнат целите. Goal - This is the end point, where the client wants to be. The goal has to be defined in such a way that it is very clear to the client when they have achieved it. Reality - This is how far the client is away from their goal. If the client were to look at all the steps they need to take in order to achieve the goal, the Reality would be the number of those steps they have completed so far. Obstacles - There will be Obstacles stopping the client getting from where they are now to where they want to go. If there were no Obstacles the client would already have reached their goal. Options - Once Obstacles have been identified, the client needs to find ways of dealing with them if they are to make progress. These are the Options. Will / Way Forward - t he Options then need to be converted into action steps which will take the client to their goal. These are the Way Forward.

Намеренията/желанията – произтичат от това кои сме ние всъщност, кои са нашите ценности, какво е нашето призвание, какво искаме да реализираме в ивота си като цяло? Каква е визията ни за живота. Пример: Ако моето намерение/желание е да се чувствам свободна в работата си (всеки има своя дефиниция за това), моята цел може да бъде: да създам собсветн бизнес, но може и да бъде – да си намеря такава работа, която позволява да креативирам на воля...   12. Хубаво е да се питаме по-често: Какво искам за себе си? Как искам да се чувствам? Какво искам да имам в живота си? Какъв искам да бъда? Когато осъзнаем, че 80% от постигането на целите се съдържа в осъзнаването на това кои сме и какво искаме за себе си и едва 20% е самото реализиране/действие, тогава може би ще имаме и отговорите... 
