Our partners at RG&A are senior professionals with experience over 25 years within global financial institutions in
Mexico and in one of the four leading international accounting and consulting firms in Mexico. They have
successfully leaded the implementation of strategic business plans in five Mexican banks; as well as the advise for
other three entities, which ultimately resulted in the incorporation and regulatory licensing of other banks. They
have served several senior positions at first tier senior managing level within finance, operations and information
technology as well as coordinating and participating in the corporate governance committees reporting to the Board
of Directors. They have a wide experience in designing and efficiently establishing business plans, banking products
and processes in compliance with the sound internal control practices and Mexican regulation standards. Our
partners have lead successful multicultural and multidisciplinary working teams. Throughout the years, in
