ACTIVITY REPORT
(September 2022)
ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
• Online meeting with partners in order to review the project implementation plan and
discuss some administrative and financial aspects
• Creation of a Facebook page for the project, a twinspace on the eTwinning platform,
and a section dedicated to the project on the school website;
• Creating electronic presentations of the school, the locality, the area, and Italy;
• Discussing and planning implementation strategies and forming the project team;
• Dissemination of the implementation plan at the school level and at the local
community level, in virtual space and in the mass media;
• Setting up an Erasmus+ panel and 5 euro-classes, one for each partner school;
• Communication with partners in order to create a database with the e-mail addresses
of project team members from partner schools.
OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED:
Informing the entire school community about the content and implementation of the
project;
Inclusion of the project theme in the curriculum;
Dissemination of the ways of carrying out the activities at the institutional and local levels;
Finding useful information about partner schools, localities, regions, and their countries of
origin.
RESULTS:
the project team and the activity plan for the 2022-2023 school year;
informative panels;
database;
illustrative portfolios, multimedia materials;
twinspace on the eTwinning platform and the project's Facebook page;
project map.
