  1. Conversation of hrs into year and years of service!! What have been wrong? Why we have wasted so much of our time? Incentives are given but results and satisfaction levels are not improving???where have we gone wrong? People are pointing or doubting our professional quality? Looking in countless graduates, some where something has gone wrong? Are we teaching only the books or do we have to teach them for life? It’s the teacher can make or break education ( it’s all with teachers, children spend time with them- minimum of 8 hrs a day). It’s the time teachers should use this dedicated time meaningfully. If the child can't learn the way we teach, may be we need to teach the way they learn Education cannot exceed the quality of teachers
