My Roles & Responsibilities: I have done preparation of bill of materials, drying bin design
and material collecting suction box with stand-by mode operation. By using Creo 2.0, I designed
drying bin for plastic granules’ storage.

4. 2. Project Name: “Vacuum Loader with integrated Cyclone Separator”
Project Description: Vacuum Loader with integrated Cyclone Separator has cyclone dust
separator unit is connected with inlet of material conveying blower station. This cyclone
separator internally has a fine dust filter and dust collecting chamber, which are used to collect
more dust/ impurities from plastic materials. It increases the reliability of plastic products.

My Roles & Responsibilities: I have done cyclone separator unit design by using Creo 2.0 and
Auto CAD. Cyclone Seperator is manufactured by Aluminium material in order to reduce the
overall weight and cost of the product.

3. Project Name: “Crystallizing Hot Air Dryer”
Project Description: Crystallizing hot air dryer is used to convert the plastic flake materials
into crystalline form to avoid lump formation in drying bin during pre-heating.
My Designation: Design Executive
My Roles & Responsibilities: Selection of vacuum loader with adaptor and vertical rotating
shaft two pairs of 2 blades set for changing the plastic flakes into crystalline form. By using 3D
Modeling in Creo 2.0, adaptor and blades and shaft assembly are done.

4. Project Name: “Automated High Pressurized Sealing Head Block”
Project Description: A fully designed and fabricated component by using Pro Engineer and
AutoCAD, Which is used for sealing the reeds (Fe-Ni blades) with IR absorbing, lead free and
low evaporating glass tubes at high pressure up to 10 bar.

5. My Designation: Production Engineer Trainee
My Roles & Responsibilities: By using 3D modeling in Pro Engineer Wildfire 5.0 and
AutoCAD 2013, I designed the inner and outer blocks. In order to withstand the high pressure
in the head block, I chose brass material. Fully forged brass material was used for head block.
Already Existing Block design’s dimensions and tolerances were modified in order reduce the
scrap rate.

5. Project Name: “Fully Automatic Controlled Stopper for Loading Unit”
Project Description: An automatic controlled stopper unit has two sensing units in top &
bottom reed loading units. It monitors the shooting of the reed blades. If the first/top reed is
loaded improperly, signal from the sensing unit in first/top will be interrupted. At that time
stopper unit will stop the further second/ bottom reed loading. It will send the signal to control
computer.

Engineer Wildfire 5.0 and Solidworks 2012. This project was done with support of electronics

output air flow valves were designed by me for high reliability, less friction and long life time.

• Design & Fabrication of Portable Laminating Machine by using Pro Engineer Wildfire
4.0 and AutoCAD 2010 -A compact in size and less cost of manufacturing. In this machine,
we can laminate different size of sheets, papers.
• Design & Fabrication of Mortar Coating Machine by using Pro Engineer wildfire 5.0-To
eliminate the more manpower in the masonry work; hence an unskilled person will handle the
MCM easily. Coating over the horizontal surface is achieved in a short time by a person and it
gives a better finishing over the surface.
• Study of Corrosion Behaviour of AA 6061 by Friction Stir Welding- focused on the effect
pitting process and corrosion rate at different speeds and provides an overview on a pitting
corrosion of aluminium 6061 alloy at the nugget zone.
• Magnetic Refrigeration- A type of “Non-conventional Refrigeration”. Here, Magnetic Source
is refrigerant improves the COP. It is eco-friendly and Pollution free.
