Braille Battery retains international patent protection on over 20 unique battery improvements.
Some of these are already on the market with great success while others are being utilized in non-
consumer applications. The extensive use of Braille technology in the racing environment has
helped evolve a battery that can withstand the harshest of conditions. These advancements are
concentrated on the Starting Lights and Ignition (SLI) market. The company has focused a
majority of its resources on the Starting, Lights, Ignition (SLI) Lithium-Ion market, which includes
rapidly growing “Start Stop” technology development, a market which will have a projected
demand of 45 million batteries by 2016. The greater usable power and faster charging will out
perform any lead-acid battery on the market. These batteries range in performance from 100
Cranking Amps to upwards of 2400 Pulse Cranking Amps. Start Stop batteries require a higher
performance battery with lower weight, two key aspects of Brailleʼs proprietary product. Braille has
already established working agreements with the worldʼs premium luxury auto manufacturers. Thanks
to its parent company Grafoid, Braille is poised to have the first Graphene infused Lithium 12v

Among equivalent batteries for identical applications, a Braille Lithium-Ion Battery will maintain
voltage at a higher constant rate three times longer than a lead-acid battery, producing three times
