BOX LEVEL LIGHTNING TEST OF F1/F2 FUEL TANK OF AIRCRAFT

The test is performed to demonstrate the ability of a F1/F2 Fuel Tank to
operate in fuel-air explosive atmospheres without causing ignition. This work
involves:
Use of CATIA V5 (Part design, Drafting, Assembly, Sheet Metal Design & GSD).
Coordinating machining activities, NDT activities and assembly activities at ARDC.
Conducting lightning test at Lightning Test Facility (LTF), CABS.
