WORKING EXPERIENCES
Since July 2007
Technical Services Manager of EADS AEROLIA Méaulte’s Elementary Parts Production
Unit. Position divided into three different activities :
- Industrialization of all current and future aircraft : with a team of around 30 people plus a
partner sub-contractor, we manage, in Méaulte field of responsibilities, the development of
all new products including modification of existing ones, we do that concurrently with the
Design Office.
My department is in charge of defining the production processes, insure that all necessary
means are available at the time products come to the workshop and of continuous
improvement.
I manage a whole budget of around 4 million € per year for achieving these goals.
We manage a total of 20 000 different products’ references.
- Methods, Processes and Machines maintenance : along with a team of around 10 people
plus a partner sub-contractor, we develop new production solutions (from cutting tools to
brand new machines), take into account and realize production improvements and insure all
maintenance activities for our workshop’s machines.
- As deputy production unit manager, I also actively participate to the Production Unit’s
strategy, particularly "make or buy" strategy. We define products’ families out of our core
business and, along with the Procurement department, we set up subcontracting solutions
and manage our partners.
