Portfolio & Innovation Manager: Reporting to Category Director I’m responsible for managing Innovation projects as
European supply chain representative within core team (Marketing, R&D and SC). First point of contact for the
business I’m coordinating specific Brand platform projects involving all SC functions (factories, procurement, logistic,
planning, ect) with and E2E view.

UNILEVER Ice Cream, Supply Chain head office at Schaffausen (Switzerland), November 2012 to June 2014.
Operations Manager Ice Cream category: Reporting to Category Director I’m responsible for managing supply chain
projects to deliver saving. Network optimization, Master Plan implementation for European sites, product platform
(RVS) coordination and support represent main role activities.
2. UNILEVER Ice Cream, production site of Caivano (NA), February 2009 to November 2012.
Semifinished Dpt Operations Manager: Reporting to Site Operations Manager I was responsible for managing
production and maintenance of Bakery and Mix departments helped by a team of shift leaders, engineers and operators
(200).
Implemented a full reorganization inside Bakery department reducing conversion cost by 15% (-9FTE).
Freezing Dpt Operations Manager: Reporting to Site works Director I was responsible for managing production and
maintenance of the packing department (Area 2), helped by a team of shift leaders, engineers and operators (350). I
was also factory maintenance budget holder and responsible of the entire team of technical specialists (12 people).
Main goals were(2009-2012): wafer production cost reduction by 15%, factory OEE increased by 2%, waste level by
less 2%, production cost reduction by 20% by implementing transformation and restructuring project of 23 M€ saving.
UNILEVER Home Care, production site of Casalpusterlengo (Lodi), March 2006 to January 2009.
Powder & Intermediates Production manager: reporting to Site Manager, I was responsible for powders, tablets and
intermediates production with the collaboration of shift leaders, technicians, warehouse and line operators (170).
Implemented a full reorganization after tablets production shutdown on 2007.
Main goal were (2006-2009): Factory OEE increased by 3%, raw material waste reduction of 0,4 %, maintenance cost
reduction of 15%, PM module of SAP fully implemented.
UNILEVER Home Care, production site of Pozzilli (Isernia), March 2002 to February 2006.
Chief Engineer Assistant: managed innovation projects either in the making area (new equipments of storage/dosing liquids
and powder raw material) or in the packing (installation of new machines/equipments, layout modifications of production
lines).
The job role, reporting to Chief Engineer, consists of managing the innovation project, carrying out the following activities:
investment analysis and capital proposal, plant design and S&H risks assessment (using the tools of PHA and Hazops), new
plant design, final installation. Boundary activities are the relations with the R&D department, and a fully management of
the internal and external human resources available to respect timing and budget foreseen in the proposal.
Seven main projects were implemented, mainly in the packing area
Moreover, as “TPM Planned Maintenance pillar leader”, responsibility of the pillar progress in the factory, implementing
preventive and corrective maintenance to the equipments aiming at reducing maintenance costs and increasing the
production lines efficiency.
Kaizen events team leader: Kaizen team management, 12 steps tool application (e.g. line 2 speed loss reduction and
OEE increasing by 4 %)

CAE Designer and Structural Engineer: Simulated static linear analysis on automotive subcomponents. Used the tools of
Hypermesh (pre and post-processor) and Nastran (processor) to simulate the analysis and optimize the subcomponents
design.
