11. Help with
group projects
Question:
We are doing a group presentation on
UOW Malaysia KDU. Can you suggest
some ideas for how to structure the
presentation and what points to cover?
23. • Plagiarism and cheating
Ethical Issues?
Students are being caught using
ChatGPT to plagiarize schoolwork at
the collegiate level. Furman
University assistant philosophy
professor, Darren Hick recently
spoke with the New York Post about
catching a student who used the
chatbot to formulate a 500-word
essay he assigned as a take-home
test.
24. • Racism, sexism and bias
Ethical Issues?
While ChatGPT is very powerful it is
not free from problems like racism,
sexism and bias. The model requires
a substantial amount of training data
to achieve what is seen. However
training data that is fed in the system
is still subject to human error and
biases present in available data.

26. • Accuracy problems
Ethical Issues?
Just like any model, it is prone to
accuracy issues. If the subject that is
trained on the model used
inaccurate training data, inaccurate
outputs may end up in the output.
But the inaccuracies may be small
enough to be missed which may
lead to severe consequences.
