• When there are no goals, it is not necessary to
meet. If the points are clear in advance and
eliminate the surprises, the quality of the
decisions improves.

3. 2. Determine who participates in the
meeting and the role of decisions to be
taken.
• More people than necessary make the
meeting unproductive. It only summons the
people with a roll in the goals that motivate
the encounter of work.

4. 3. Arrange the agenda in advance and
anticipate the information to the
participants.
• If they do not have the time to analyze it,
neither added value at the time of deciding.
Ideally everyone should know what to do and
