8. This is the beginning of a metrical version of the
Nunc Dimittis, a canticle sung at Evensong in the
Church of England. The tune or air is in the tenor
part.
9. This is the same piece with the air in the soprano.
All tenor-led hymns, psalms and carols have
alternative soprano-led versions.
10. And this is the same piece with added keyboard
accompaniment. The accompaniments are
transcriptions of the vocal parts.
11. Downloads
All downloads are available with or without
keyboard accompaniment.
Those with the accompaniment may have fewer
verses underlaid, and may need more page turns.
Those without the accompaniment are better
suited to singers.
12. Downloads
There are pages devoted to the needs of small
choirs.
There are 50 pieces for SAB voices, suitable for
choirs short of male singers.
14 pieces have been arranged for unison choirs
with keyboard accompaniment. More will be
added soon.
13. This short easy three-part anthem is typical of
what is available. There is more challenging
music for those who prefer it.
