Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Terminal F Expansion: Team Architect at TSP for early design
phases of $100 million expansion of airside and landside terminal features with new baggage claim
building to seek a Silver LEED Certification. Duties included quality control guideline, construction
phase planning, assisting with cost estimation, LEED and high performance design coordination,
vertical circulation coordination, envelope and under-slab waterproofing design and detailing,
engineering and specification coordination and assisting with product research, 2009.
Harrisburg International Airport (HIA), Middletown, PA -SARAA: Team Architect, Waterproofing and
Specification Coordinator at TSP for new $90 million passenger terminal which incorporated state of
the art security equipment and procedures, fully integrated in-line baggage screening, pedestrian
bridge, and over 15,000 SF of administration office space. Assisted chief project manager for terminal
complex through serving as Project Manager and Architect for fast track foundation, structural steel
early bid packages and for conveying systems separate bid package. Project Manager and Architect
for elevator tower addition to new airport parking garage. HIA complex design and construction 2002
- 2004.
Philadelphia International Airport, Terminal D Expansion, Concourse and Bag Claim: Project Architect,
Designer and Manager for Bag Claim ‘D’ Expansion phase and Team Architect for Concourse ‘D’
phase. Terminal D expansion included a total of 12,000 square feet with construction cost of $15
million and featured additional boarding gates, new baggage belt, custom oversized baggage lift and
phased construction to assure continuous airport operations; completed 2002. Terminal C Expansion:
