Rubber hose material composition is a challenging thing for engineer. A lot of cost and time are consumed for the physical testing to measure its capability. Overviewing the design with simulation analysis software can help us predict the deformation when internal pressure is working or even at the bending test. Each layer of its nylon and reibar composition and design can be optimized by understanding its characteristic.
