What You Need
•Yogurt
•Milk
•Frozen berries (using
strawberries here)
•A banana
•Maple syurp (the real deal, not
maple flavored syrup!!)
•An immersion mixer or regular
blender

I generally start by adding the
yogurt, which creates a kind of
cushion as a base which helps
the blending process, especially
if you use an immersion blender
like I do.
Put 3 heaping tablespoons of
yogurt in the blender container.
