1. Introduction
Purpose and importance of topic
The purpose of this topic is to suggest a physical change in UNIRAZAK. Currently, there is only one
café available within UNIRAZAK building which is Sekata Rakyat café. Most of the students did not
know that this café does not belong to UNIRAZAK and are there to cater mostly to Bank Rakyak,
Jalan Tangsi branch’s employees. Due to this, the students need to be inform about other options
available to change the current situation.
Topic relevance to audience
The topic is important for the audience since by having a new café, it will benefit the audience in
variousways.The topicis alsorelevance tothe audience becausethe audience goes through issues
of not having a proper café on a daily basis.
Thesis statement
Eventhough there isa café available atthe groundfloorof UNIRAZAK campus, a new and improved
café will provide options to students and employees of UNIRAZAK, however, these proposed café
shouldbe able to meet three main criteria which is the new café must have an ambience of a café
suitsfora boutique style campus,the service quality of the café must be above the service quality
provided by the current café and the price must be affordable for students.
