 Studding HR Diploma at Swiss E-Learning institute “Online Course”
 Studding Marketing Diploma at Swiss E-Learning institute “Online Course”
3. Vision:
 Every member at HR committee has the ability to be head HR at sign in’17
 At least 2 members ready to be president at sign in’17.
 At least one member qualified to be vice president sign in’17
4. Mission:
 Every member will know all about student activities HR
 Creating & increasing leadership spirit
 Make HR members aware of another committees work
5. Goal:
 First month “4 Sessions” From 1.10.2015 To 22.10.2015
1. Make old member know about roles of HR committees & putting the job description
to each committees
2. Putting a criteria to abide them in recruitment, Set Evaluation Sheet with old
members
3. Set a Motivation plan with old member to motived every member throughout year
4. Free meeting to new & old member to ice breaking to know each other and learn new
members how to make SWOT Analysis by make the first one
 Second month “4 Sessions” From 22.10.2015 To 15.11.2015
1. Showing “Reward & Punishment System” to Sign in new members
 Reward
Every member will start with 200 points
Attendance.
First 5 members who attend before starting the meeting or on time will get 10
points.
Tasks.
Delivering complete task before deadline at least one day earlier “20 points”
Delivering complete task at deadline “10 points”
If a member has less than “100 points” he/she can get 50 points after attending 3
continues meetings without being late.
 Punishment
Without Excuse this roles will apply.
Absence.
Only ONE meeting “-25 points”
2 continues meetings “-50 points”
3 continues meetings “-100 points”
Delay.
15 minutes “-5 points”
30 minutes “-10 points”
60 minutes “-25 points”
Tasks.
Not completed task but delivered before deadline “-10 points”
Delivering task after deadline by 2 days “-15 points”
Undelivered task “-25 points”
Members less than 75 points cannot attend “ASU Event OR FCIS Event”
Members less than 25 points are exposed to firing interview
The member who do any of these things during the meeting will lose 10 points
and will be out of this meeting.

Evaluation System:
Every committee will contain about 3 members
 High board meeting “2 old members & 1 new member will change by rotation”
 HR Committee “Vice Head & 1 old member and 1 new member”
 PR Committee “1 old member & 2 new members”
 FR Committee “1 old member & 2 new members”
 IT Committee “1 old member & 1 new member”
 Media Committee “1 old member & 2 new members”
 Logistics Committee “1 old member & 1 new member”
 Charity Committee “1 old member & 1 new member”
 Project Management Committee “the same evaluators to high board”
3. Starting interviews training with team leaders and if a team leaders have a space time
try to make a brain storming to get any idea to motive the crew.
4. Interviews training and meeting to make SWOT Analysis.
 Third month “4 Sessions” From 15.11.2015 To 7.12.2015
1. Chose members to make interviews and explain the courses to members OR pause to
midterm Exams
2. Chose members to make interviews and explain the courses to members OR “ASU
Event”
3. “ASU Events” OR continue the interviews
HR Committee will organize Session “How to pass an interview”
4. Meeting to make SWOT Analysis and all of sign in crew go outing to have a rest.
Note.
At the end of every meeting HR committee will present the weekly reports to the work in
every committee
At the end of every meeting in any committee evaluator’s member will collect the
feedback from the members
