The AssistantControllermanagesthe day-to-dayoperationof the AccountingOffice.Primary
responsibilitiesinclude financial analysisandfinancialreporting,budgeting/forecasting, auditand
control,assetand liabilityreconciliation,workingcapital andcashcontrol.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• 4-yearbachelor'sdegree inFinance andAccountingorrelatedmajor;noworkexperience required.

• Ensuresthatthe P&L isaccurate (i.e.,costsare properlymatchedtorevenue,costsare recordedinthe
properaccounts) and statementsare deliveredtoappropriate individualsinatimelymanner.
• Reconcilesbalance sheet.
• Ensurestax ratesusedfor sales/use tax are currentandproperamountsare collectedand/oraccrued.
• Ensurescompliance withstandardandlocal operatingprocedures(SOPsandLSOPs).
• Ensuresaccountbalancesare supportedbyappropriate documentationinaccordance withSOPs.
• Reviewsauditissuesandmakescorrectionsasnecessary.
• Ensurespropertypermits,licensesandif applicable vendorcontractsare current.
• Leveragescentralizedaccountingprocessesandsharedservices.
