Essential to this project because, I created and developed the business concept of
a motorsports country club for the west coast of Florida, identified our market
share, our market demands, and our overall strategy. Our first goal was to
ascertaining suitable land space that would coincide with the surrounding
community and provide sufficient space for our desired facilities and events,
while maximizing our budget. Then collaborated with different city and county
departments to approve and bring the concept into fruition. We generated over
$2.5M of pre-reserved memberships and events from just conceptual drawings.
All while producing the general start up business needs (branding, logo, website,
accounting, staffing, etc.)

Lamborghini showroom and service facilities. Developed a marketing plan that
conquered our market share in the west coast of Florida. While supervising and
managing the day to day business for all Lamborghini store operations. With a
particular focus on profitability, expense control, and enhancing brand image and
awareness. We exceeded manufacture objectives for our store by 30% in my first
and second year.

department operations for all franchise brands. My first focus was to maximize

payroll, staff scheduling and the quality of our customer experience. We
achieved a 45% improvement in our CSI and a 25% increase in technician hours
and profit per repair order.

cleanliness to all vehicle repairs and enhanced customer experience with in our
service department as a Lamborghini technician. I obtained several technical and
administrative certifications from Lamborghini, Audi, and dealer management.
Where eventually I was promoted to parts manager do to my ability with
customers and product knowledge, We implemented an aftermarket accessories
department that is still profitable today. Later in my tenure I was again advanced
to Service manager for Lamborghini and all exotic vehicle brands. Where we
continued to focus on increasing department margins and quality control.
