SAIHONG FELT manufactures 3 different material and temperatures of rollers optimised for the different
and variable alpplication areas occuring in your extrusion process.
超高温 PBO 滚筒
* 耐温 600℃。
* 表面为 100%PBO 纤维组成，
底部高温层
为 100%Kevlar 组成。
* 适用于出料口使用。
* 完美代替石墨，
杜绝石墨印。
PBO/KVLAR ROLLER
* Temperature resistant up to 600℃ .
* Consisting of 100% PBO fiber on the top
and 100% Kevlar fiber at the bottom.
* Application for the aluminium exrusion exit.
* Perectly replacement of graphite, to void the
black mark and the damage from the graphite.
黄色高温滚筒
* 耐温 480℃。

滚筒的优点
1. 赛宏毛毡滚筒采用创新的硬化处理工艺，
处理后的毛毡整体感觉较硬，
但表面保持柔软，
能更好保护铝材表面，
受热不会污染铝材或刮花铝型材。
2. 赛宏滚筒内径和铝筒外径一致，在整个传动期间保持一致，防止铝材出现变形，损坏。
3. 赛宏毡筒创新的生产工艺，保证生产出的产品 ID 公差在 -0+0.15mm, 从而达到完美配合，更易于安装。
4. 赛宏滚筒创新的生产工艺，可以最大限度地将热量传导到钢滚筒或铝滚筒上，从而延长滚筒使用寿命。
FELT ROLLER ADVANTAGES
1. Due to our roller with an innovative resin treatment. After resin treated felt feels hard overall, but the surface remains soft and provoide better
protecttion of the aluminum finishes, no sticky on the hot aluminium profiles , no damage and scratched aluminum profiles.
2. The inner diameter of the SAIHONG FELT ROLLER is the same as the outer diameter of the aluminum roller. The felt roller perfectly match the
metal roller, during the transmission to prevent deformation and dent of the aluminium profile.
3. The innovative production process of SAIHONG FELT roller ensures that the roller ID tolerance is -0+0.15mm, which is a perfect fit and easier to
install.
4. SAIHONG innovative production process, maximizes conduction heat from the felt roller to metal roller, giving a better life span of the felt roller.

皮带特点
1. 赛宏毛毡皮带，采用创新的硬化工艺，整体感觉很硬表面又很柔软，即提高了使用寿命，又没有传统工艺产生的皮带印迹。
2. 凯夫拉（Kevlar) 断裂伸长率为 2.4%，为了给皮带最大的拉伸强度，赛宏采用了凯夫拉长丝编织的基布作支撑，然后针刺让环带支撑层达到
小于 1% 延伸力。
3. 经过测试，赛宏毛毡环带两侧输送均匀，对铝梁的摩擦力减少 30%，对驱动皮带轮的抱合力提高 40%
皮带加硬
在铝型材冷却、输送期间皮带加硬可以防止掉毛、脱皮现象。
经济实用
因为我们皮带在驱动皮带轮上具有很好的抱合力，和吕梁有非常低的摩擦力，所以即使在其上面有大量的很重、很大型的铝材，皮带与皮带轮也
有非常好的张力，不用担心环带打滑，不够拉力。节省并优化皮带的使用寿命。
切割
对于皮带的直线运动，切割过程非常重要。在切割过程中赛宏皮带必须保持平衡，确保 100％直线切割，保证皮带在冷床输送线上使用不跑偏。
BELT CHARACTERISTICS
1. SAIHONG FLT belt, using innovative resin treatment process, the overall feel is very hard, the surface are soft, that is to improve the service life, and
there is no belt sticky caused on the aluminium surface. No scratch or dents to the aluminium finishes, totally different from the the traditional process.
2. Kevlar has an elongation at break of 2.4%. in order to give the belt the maximum tensile strength, SAIHONG is using a Para Aramid(kevlar)
textile scrim which is needle punched to an endless support layer with no stretch, allows the endless support layer (the scrim) to reach less than 1%
elongation.
3. After testing, hard edges on the driving both sides , reducing the friction of the aluminum arm by 30% and 40% more grrip on the driving pulley.
Straight running back and forwarding during operation.
BELT IMPRENATION(RESIN TREATMENT)
Hard side can prevent the belts from getting astray and peeling, in case of shrinkage of the aluminium profiles during the cool-off period, forcing the
belts to the sides of the arm.
Economical and practical
Because SAIHONG belt have much better grip on the driving pulley and low friction on the arm the belts are put under less tension in comparision with
others even with a lof of aluminium weight on tip of them. Saving engery and optimising the lifetime of the belt.
CUTTING
The cutting process is exceptional important for a straight run of the belts. Before the cutting process start SAIHONG belt are balanced out, assuring a
100% straight cut which gurantees a straight run of the belts bak and forward on the conveyor systems.
