The most commonly used sapphire nozzle in the world, the 3/8-24 Style sapphire nozzle
is versatile and high performance.
Designed with an internal cavity that allows for a better, less turbulent stream of water, the Bingham
style 3/8-24 sets the benchmark in performance and durability. All pieces are heat-treated for additonal
hardness and come with a laser-etch of the sapphire size.
Designed as a replacement replacment for OS7 style nozzles, the Bingham 7/16-20 Style
nozzle is a cost effective replacement.
For situations that require a slightly larger nozzle, generally for rotational purposes, the 7/16-20 style
nozzle is a suitable replacement.This nozzle is available on sizes ranging from .004 to .043 for any blasting
situation imagineable.
Popular worldwide, the Metric 10 style nozzle is a high performance replacement for Ham-
melmann Type P and Woma FORM 21 style nozzles.
This nozzle features an ID Hex and laser etching on the neck. With an internal cavity for higher perfor-

Used as a metering orifice in most tumbleboxes, as well as a low profile blasting nozzle,
the BB25 style nozzle is versitile, low cost option that works well in many situations.
Also known as “Viper” or “Mushroom” style nozzles, the BB25 is a high performance nozzle that uses a
3/8-24 retaining screw to hold it in place. Commonly used in multi-mode & dump style tumbleboxes to
regulate flow, the BB25 has many common uses.
With a similar profile to BB25 style nozzles, the LowMass body features a shorter stem on
the same overall profile.
The work well in low-profile situations and can be used as a replacement for 3/8-24 style nozzles if space
is tight. The LowMass style is a nozzle that can be rebuilt and uses a 3/8-24 retaining screw to hold it in
to place.

Bingham Industries offers the finest European sapphires for all waterjetting applications.
Individual sapphires are available for repair to all Bingham nozzle types. Our class of sapphire is also a
suitable replacement in other manufacturers nozzles as a more economical repair option.
Designed to increase performance of nozzles in spraybars by decreasing turbulence, as
well as lessening damage to the spraybar during operation.
This nozzle extender features a 3/8-24 Male X 3/8 Female port and is 2.4 inches long. It will seat in any
standard 3/8-24 thread and allow you to extend your nozzle distance by 2 inches which will decrease
turbulence and provide a more stable water stream
Repair and install your own Type D Nozzles.
Made of high quality UHMW material,Type D sleeve are the perfect option for repairing nozzles that have
been previously installed and need reinstallation.
