monitoring and controlling for projects.
1. During planning
We apply the best methods and techniques to reduce the time and costs of the
projects with risk analyses carefully and developing a plan to respond to them with
maintain the quality standards desired by the customer and KPI that has been
adopted, then we do determining schedule baseline and cost baseline.
2. During executing
1.Monitoring & controlling of overruns, delays and the effects of unforeseen
conditions to prevent an increase in the duration and cost, deviation about quality
standards of the projects.
2. Providing of interactive reports (dashboard) for PMO, consultant and project
manager to ensure observations of all stakeholders.
