Dinner Menu:
From the Hen House:
 Chicken Parmigiana: 29.0
Cleverly butterflied thick chicken breast coated in our special breadcrumb formula
cooked to perfection to trap in all the juices of the succulent chicken breast.
Sauce created on the grill with bacon & onion then transferred to the pot with crushed
tomato and garlic. Coated with melted mozzarella or tasty cheese.
Option 1: Served with a side dish of your choice or
Option 2: Served atop a bed of long & thick Spaghetti.
 Chicken Mignon': 29.0
Lovingly hand made with garlic butter infused with herbs on top, quality rash of bacon
wrapped around a succulent chicken breast. Mouth-watering as the garlic butter
absorbs through the chicken and bacon releasing the fullest of flavour.

Grilled as only this cut of meat deserves, from the paddock behind the kitchen, this
cut of Local Dandaragan Organic Beef will be disclosed when ordering.

Mouth-wateringly tender Pork Chops grilled to perfection on the hotplate. Apple
sauce or a rich gravy, vegetables of the day and choice of potato or fries.
Sounds simple and probably is, just wait till you try it.
 Silver Side and Mustard Sauce: 26.0
A classic kiwi meal, full of flavour from the way Gaylene prepares this cut of
succulent meat. Add the homemade mustard sauce that only a mother can make
along with cabbage, potato mash, carrot and broccoli giving you a real traditional
silver-side dish.
From The Depths of the Ocean:
 Billy's Crumbed Fish: 29.0
A few years ago a bloke called Bill was a guest at Redgum and showed us how to
crumb fish that remained succulent and a little different to battered fish. Gaylene has
put her twist to this dish to give you the ultimate crumbed fish dish. Comes with side
salad and crispy chips
 Poached Fish in Sweet-Chili Sauce and Coconut Milk: 24.0
Love this dish, poached fillets marinated in a light sweet chilli sauce and coconut milk
creates a unique flavour. Not for everyone but rewards those that care to dare.
 Beer Battered Fish “n” Chips: 25.0
Two pieces of juicy beer battered fish, side salad and real crispy chips.
Just a good ole fashioned meal of fish n bloody chips
A Little Italiano: "Pasta"
 Mushroom Fettuccine: 25.0
Rich and smooth texture in this classic pasta dish.
Heavy cream with fettuccine, bacon, onion and mushroom.
 Beef Lasagne: 28.0
It's all in the multiple layers of lasagne and our homemade filling with the béchamel
sauce cheesy topping.

It’s all in the sauce they say, well no different here, "It is all in the sauce". Prime Beef
with Parmesan Cheese & Complimentary Garlic Bread on the side if you wish.

whipped cream.
 Lemon Meringue Pie:
Rich in flavour so be warned, not over the top but you will know it’s a sweet lemon
pie.

 Apple Crumble and Cream:
A Large portion of homemade country apple crumble with a touch of rhubarb. The
crumble has the real crunch from the clever ingredients Gaylene has fired into it.

You know those chops that you pick up with your fingers and the meat falls off? well,
imagine that when soaked in our own gravy mix with onions but you don't need the
fingers. Never fails to get comments of approval.
 Good Ole Sunday Roast:
What is it about a Sunday Roast? The tender meat that just falls off the bone or the
crusty outer layer of the meat? The selection of roast vegetables including crispy
potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, onion and sweet potato.
 Do You Have Any Suggestions? Let Us Know 
Dessert:
 Bread & Butter Pudding:
This classic pudding cooked the way Gaylene does it is worth serving to the harshest
critic. Has plenty of depth, moisture and flavour with a light coating of cinnamon.
 Rice Pudding:
Baked and Creamy with a slight crust

Your meal is guaranteed to satisfy you.
If for any reason your restaurant meal you ordered is not to your satisfaction, Gaylene will personally reimburse you the full cost
of your meal.
You must enjoy your meal before we accept the remainder of your payment.
