Implementation of Analytics with SAP Real Estate Management

This service provides customers a confident start into deploying SAP analytics products on top of their SAP Real Estate Management system. The
service comes with pre-defined business content options for SAP BW 7.x, SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud that enable the creation of
reports for lease contracts and property assets according to the new lease accounting rules IFRS 16 effective from January 1st 2019.
Business needs
▪ Have an up-to-date reporting solution in place matching the customer’s SAP Real Estate system in use
▪ Comply with IFRS 16 accounting rules for lease contract and property asset reporting
▪ Short implementation cycle, building on guidance and accelerators from SAP

The first Scope Option is targeting customers who are currently using a
SAP BW 7.3 System or higher. It includes the following tasks:
• RE DataSources for IFRS16
• RE Service Content provisioning for SAP BW 7.3 or higher
• Validate connectivity setup from SAP source system
• Provide and Load Sample data (flat-files provided by SAP)
• Provide Queries as XLS-File
• Customer specific content adoption enablement
(Two half day workshops - remote)
