• Will be organizing and carrying out a food fair
• Will sell food & drink to customers
• All the profit earned will be donated to the SPCA
OBJECTIVES & OUTCOMES
Objectives
For the organization
• To sell food and drinks to
customers
• Earn profits to donate to SPCA.
Contributions to SPCA could
help animals in need of support
and care.
For the group members
• Gain volunteering experience
• Learn how to plan and market
events
Outcomes
• Group members will gain
marketing experience as well as
event management skills and
knowledge
• Animals at SPCA will live better
from the donation
• Inspire INTI students to take part
in more volunteering projects

What we have done
Event Planning
• Chose what food & drinks to sell
• Determined how many booths to set up
• Organized budget and allocated to respective
booths
Promotion Planning
• Social media. Advertise through INTIMA
(Facebook & Instagram)
• Designed poster to be displayed on social media
for promotion
POSSIBLE RISKS
Activity 1
 Risks
• May fail to hit target profit
• People might not be interested in the food & drinks
• Venzy/Chatime may be out of stock for preorders
 Solution
• Will have additional booth plans (health cup) as back-up in case some
some booths fail
• Can switch to Tealive/Gongcha in case Venzy/Chatime out of stock
