1. To learn the basics about computer apps such
as Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
2. To acquire useful vocabulary related to them.
3. To be able to make a group presentation
giving instructions in English on one of those
apps.
3. PROJECT
1. You will choose between Drive and Excel.
2. You will have to do a PowerPoint or Prezi
presentation in groups including some activities
carried out with the chosen app.
3. You will record the computer screen while you are
doing the given activities and use that video in your
presentation (It can be easily included in the PPT). To
do this, download and install aTube Catcher by
clicking on the link below:

4. • You will work in small groups of 3 or 4 people (3
groups of 3 people and 1 of 4 people)
• Each member of the group will be given an
activity to present to the class.
• All the group members have to speak the same
amount of time.

10. ASSESSMENT
• The presentation will be evaluated in terms of
content, structure, fluency & pronunciation,
vocabulary, comprehension and transitions
among group members.
• Effort and creativity will also be rewarded.
11. • The final work has to be similar to a tutorial but
using both Microsoft PowerPoint for explanations
or main points; and a screen video for the display
of the given activities. If you can’t display a video,
you can do the activity at the moment of the
presentation.
