2. INTRODUCTION
The development of English language skills has become a challenge for both
authorities and teachers in the area, especially when working on oral production,
due to lack of practice, and the few methodological strategies to develop said
language. ability. It is important to mention the problem of oral production from
the first years of education, since it is a very little researched population, but no
less important. At preschool ages, children are in adequate cognitive development
to be able to develop oral skills. when working with children of preschool age it is
necessary to know the appropriate techniques for the development of oral skills,
this is where children's songs play a transcendental role, since with them we can
develop oral production in a dynamic and natural way for children, such as Triglia
2008 mentions it “Thus, cognitive development is articulated through
experimentation games, often involuntary at first, in which certain experiences are
associated with interactions with nearby objects, people and animals. Based on
this idea, the most important thing is to achieve a suitable environment for the
child, so that her learning takes place naturally and at the same time is meaningful.
The importance of an adequate technique and methodology of teaching for a good
learning of English begins from preschool as mentioned above, for it is important,
well from these ages the child has an easier time learning languages, not only
English, since they do not know grammatical structures and others what makes a
child learn well from scratch, it is very important to mention that since children are
just learning what language, their learning will be better. The use of multimedia
material is of the utmost importance in learning and studies carried out by King's
College International show that the best way to learn English through multimedia
material is games.
3. GENERAL OBJECTIVE
investigate techniques and methodologies for the improvement of the English
language.
Specific objectives
• Teach English as a foreign language through the application of pedagogical and
methodological processes and technological tools appropriate to the environment.
• Plan teaching processes according to the level of sufficiency of the students and
their learning styles.

DEVELOPMENT
To have a better command of the English language, it is important to take into
account the teaching methodology since it is essential to have an easy, fun way to
teach both children, youth and adults. The ability to use good study techniques
that help the student to have a better knowledge of the English language is
necessary for the development of each student, since knowing the English
language well is fundamental and essential to be able to communicate with all
people from all over the world. the world, since English is the universal language
of communication.
GRAMMAR AND TRANSLATION METHOD
This has traditionally been the method used to learn the classical languages (Latin
and Greek). It basically consists of learning the grammatical rules of the language
and translating texts. Today it is not normally used to teach a modern language.
However, in part, it is similar to the method unknowingly chosen by some people
who learn a language only by listening to songs and translating their lyrics.
4. DIRECT OR NATURAL METHOD
It is the one where learning is done through direct oral communication. It is, if you
think about it, the method we use as children to learn the mother tongue. We
speak, we listen, we make mistakes, we repeat, we do not learn grammar but we
intuit it or deduce it, and in the end we end up speaking the language correctly.
AUDIO-LINGUAL METHOD
It is based on the repetition of words, phrases or dialogues. The students learn, in
this way, to speak and listen, leaving for when the knowledge is acquired, the skills
of reading or writing. Grammar is not studied since it is assumed that it is learned
naturally.
COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH
More than a methodology, it is a way of seeing learning. Part of the idea that
language is basically used for communication between people and the objective is,
therefore, to improve all the aspects included in this communication. All skills are
given importance and grammar also has a place in the teaching process. It is a
method that places special emphasis on interaction and the use of language in real
situations.
ENGLISH AND CLIL METHODS FOR ALL STAGES
IN CHILDREN
Archie's World for Children is a project-based method that encourages creativity
and communication and with impressive digital material. But, in addition, it is
synonymous with flexibility.
IN PRIMARY
In Primary, in English, Oxford offers methods to suit any teaching style. Stand out
All About Us, with a more competitive and collaborative approach, in which the
experiences of real British children are shared; and Amazing Rooftops, with more
project work and innovative digital material.
5. IN SECONDARY
In Secondary, the teacher faces a challenge every day to adequately cover
diversity in the classroom. Energize adapts English to each student, with their
personal learning style, interests and abilities. It is based on motivation, with
attractive material that reflects their reality, and gives them the confidence they
need through realistic goals.
Digital resources are integrated and easy to use for students and teachers.
Noteworthy is Project 360º, which promotes task-based learning and can be used
as a flipped classroom model. It is very attractive for the student due to its design
and multimedia activities.
CONCLUSION
The use of learning techniques and methodology that allows the student to learn in
an easy and fun way is an essential part, since in this way it will be possible to
continue creating interest in the student, this either in the language that they want
to study, since it is very easy to lose interest in something that is taught in a
monotonous way, as it leads the student to stop learning more about the language
being studied. For it is necessary to take into account how to teach according to
the group of students that the teacher has in his classes, so it can be helped that the
students are always attentive to each topic to be taught.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• use multimedia material to apply complex themes.
• Create a comfortable and trusting environment with students.
• Keep in mind that in the case of teaching children, it is better to use
audiovisual material, games that help children to be motivated and
participatory.
• The methodology to teach young people and adults must be based on the use
of a platform such as Quizz or Kaooh!, since it allows us to easily learn
grammar structures, although audiovisual material can also be used.
