 Customer ratings – Green for all customers. Achieved and maintained FORD Q1 endorsement for
Tennessee and Mexico Facilities. Decreased past due / backorder to all customers by 80% in 6
months in value, and by 97% in the next 9 months.
 Transportation cost - Implemented transport order authorization database improving control of
transportation flow. Decreased cost of special freights(expedites) from 25% of total transport costs to
3.5% of total transport costs (decrease in value by 80 %)- SIX sigma project. Decreased transport
costs from 9% of sales to 4.4 % of sales in 6 months, and 2.9% in next 6 months. Negotiated
transportation contracts with decrease in cost of overall transport 5%. Organized milk run loops in
order to decrease import costs by 32%.
 Software - Improved PDP production planning process and increased realization from 75% to 95%

 Warehouse & Stock Reduction - MIN MAX flat storage area for components with use of electronic
system alerting logistic planners about low stock of components. Increased accuracy from 79% to

25% in value from 12 days to 8.9 days in 6 months. Decreased WIP by more than 40% from 2 days
