 Created a salvage/rework process that will turn around $600,000 worth of defected parts and put
them back into the manufacturing process
 Implemented a vision system that eliminated human error in matching part types and has the

 Conceived an improved material tagging ticket and led the effort to standardize it across all 6
machining lines thereby saving a projected $150,000/yr

 Increased geothermal system design efficiency by researching vertical closed loop systems and
performing sizing calculations
