• Found P&ID's, investigated for equipment on engineering drawings, supported day-to-day operations.
• Managed piping projects schedule for jobs being manufactured by contractors for Western Refining/Andeavor
• Hands-on for projects such as pipefitting, Hot Taps, PRD removal and installation & bolt up/blinding jobs
• Worked alongside the Project Department and used Primavera P6 to plan/schedule jobs, and AutoCAD to design.
Technical Projects
Virtual Reality Full-Body Haptics, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Aug. 2019 – Dec. 2019
• Team Lead (Senior Design Project)– Work closely with mentor and professor to develop and code functioning haptic
feedback on a 16-point full-body suit designed for virtual reality training of technicians in tight spaces of complex
systems like satellites and aircraft using Unity and HTC Vive VR Goggles.
SAE Formula Team Aug. 2018 – Dec. 2019
• Engine Team Captain – Led the engine team to research, CAD and install many of the necessary parts of the first car
to compete in the SAE Formula 1 Team for the University.
Development of a Heat Recovery Unit for Residential App., Thermal System Design May 2019 – Aug. 2019
• Captain – Led the development, and budget of a low cost, highly efficient Heat Exchanger that can heat water flowing
at a rate of 0.8 LPM at exactly 2°C, subsequentially creating the most efficient project in the class.
SAE Shell Eco-Marathon Aug. 2015 – May 2017
• Transmission Team Captain – Worked closely with graduate students to redesign the transmission and improve the
efficiency by 15% and weight by 20% using Siemens NX10. Resulted in a successful lap run in the competition.
