she completedtwocoursesthatI taughtduringthat time frame includingMAT540 Quantitative
Methodsand FIN534 Financial Management. She earnedan“A”grade inbothof these courses. Based
on Erin’sgrades,alongwithherexcellentattendance andclassparticipation,Iwouldrate her
performance inmyclassas outstanding.
Throughthese coursesandthroughmy conversationswithErin,Ifeel that Erinhas a numberof
strengthstooffera potential employer. The keyonesthatI feel thatI wantto bringto your attention
include the following:
 Erin oftenexhibitedexcellentleadershipinclassparticipationorleadingthe classinthe solution
of complex managementscience problems. She wasalso resultsoriented –an understandingof
neededstrategyinthe businessenvironmentbygettingassignmentsinontime andovercoming
obstaclestomeetdeadlines, Thisattribute wouldserveErinwell inasupervisoryrole inany
firmthat offersheremployment.
 She isa veryknowledgeable individual –andsuccessfullycompletedcomplex assignmentsusing
technical resourcesavailable toher. She wasalwayswillingtolearnnew conceptsand,in
general,she wasaggressive aboutkeepingupwithassignmentsandwithlearningnew
materials. Ifeel certainthatshe wouldbe anindividual whowouldtake the time tobecome
