This document presents two initial ideas for recreations of an original novel: 1. "Lost Pride" is set in London during a disease outbreak, following a group of young adults trying to escape the city but facing challenges that test their friendships. 2. "Talk of the Dead" is set in a rural neighborhood where a neighbor is found screaming, murdered, and one of the culprits may be human or something different as the detective works to discover the killer. Both ideas involve murder or danger and exploring whether the threat is human or other, but differ in settings and stories - one of escaping a disease, one of solving a rural murder.
