known Erick personally for the past 14 years. Throughout these years I have watched Erick grow and mature

appropriate knowledge and experience in office management, leadership, and personal development. Erick
has taken on leadership roles within his church and social groups, mentoring roles within the college he was
attending, and has taken great pride in doing his best in every professional position he has held.

tenacity in his efforts to seek out new challenges, greater responsibility, and to improve himself. Erick Foster
