“I came to appreciate Eric’s loyalty and dedication as I worked closely with him. I observed that he had a genuine concern for
each of his employees…. Eric has the ability to show his appreciation for his employees while still maintaining discipline and
providing direction, training, and correction as needed.”

Professional Profile
Cited as a multi-talented Manager/Supervisor and proven problem solver who gets results and delivers
projects on, or below budget. For example, when a surprise Regulatory requirement surfaced that could
have led to the shutdown of schools, police and fire stations, Parks and Rec. sites, Shelters, and Municipal
buildings, I devised a solution that enabled all requirements to be satisfied by deadline. When I presented
the solution to the Deputy Director, he took mere seconds to see how my solution solved the problem
while avoiding any building shutdowns and saved the agency $500,000.00 in the process.
