and commitment to enable it to play a leading
role in the canoeing world. ACC board of mem-

of its residents in the canoeing world of today
by this programme.
Through this programme we have made a
strong commitment to encourage, develop and
enable opportunities for canoeing participa-

among all national bodies and clubs.
This programme, including a report on the po-

situation, has been written at ICF continental
representative office of Asia.
We are determined to the successful develop-
ment of this initiative and to a motivated canoe-
ing community and work with a variety of human
resources and organizations to achieve this.

Action Plan
To create the action plan in details, this pro-
gramme needs to get approved and then we need
to identify the in charge persons and priorities to set
needed time and budget aside.
This section will lay down courses of action, and
the targets that need to be achieved in order to
meet the objectives and recommendations high-
lighted in the earlier sections.
For each target there is a need to identify:
a.The action required
b.Responsible committee/position in ACC
c.The level of priority (e.g. high, mediumorlow)
d.The timescale, to include any phasing
e.Costs and outgoings
The most important point is monitoring the works
which has been done and updating this document
each year.
To find the right person, we need to ask the com-
munity members (Board members) to find out in
which section they can help and take part?
13. And don’t forget that all
these efforts and plans end
to make ATHLETES!
