2. What does it mean to “be a Region” Being a Region is not simply about working together for goodwill, efficiency or solidarity. Being a Region is about each individuals ability to identify and connect: People Skills / Competencies Perspectives / Knowledge Money from a greater base of people, that are relevant and valuable to the task at hand.

8. Exchange stalls and lecture presentations on AIESEC exchange

9. Segment and focus on developing contacts in Growth Networks for matching

10. 100% of LC members are aiesec.net trained so that they can search for materials, match EPs & search for TNs

11. 100% of EPs have a clear timeline for exchange and an Introduction to AIESEC stage before going on exchange

13. All members are equipped with a generic skill set to be adaptable to other LC realities when required (AU/FU)

14. Member Education Cycles are finalised by the end of May (AU/FU)

15. Implementation of Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) (FU)
