Oceania.
The Equipment East
management team
would like to extend a sincere, heartfelt thank
you to the entire team for their hard work and
dedication throughout 2014 in making us a top
Doosan dealer in the North America and
Oceania regions for the second consecutive
year! A great job was done throughout the year
by everyone in each department – sales,
service, parts and the office. It was a great team
effort as none of us could have done it alone.
If you're wondering what we did right, it wasn't
any one thing, it was all the little things: Taking
care of every customer; paying attention to
every detail; not letting things fall through the
cracks; and looking out for and supporting one
another, as there is no 'I' in T-E-A-M.
We are so excited about our newest members
of the Equipment East team: Carlene Frechette,
Lori Kapala, Giovanni Jr., Mike Pacheco, Steve
Woods, as well as our longer standing members
Dennis McRae, Jeff Davidson, Justin Zibell, Jody
Gentilesco, Richard Zibell, Jim Mullen, Dawn-
Marie Charette, Tim Elliot, Tom Murphy, Alex
Charette, Dan Clifford, Bill Wood and Amelia
Albanese. No one has ever shied away from
going above and beyond their call of duty, doing
whatever needed to be done whenever.
Of course, we are ever appreciative of our loyal
and new customers. Without all of you,
Equipment East would not be what it is growing
into today. You all are part of what make our
achievements possible and are the reason we
continue to say “Our customers are our number
one priority.”

2. Doosan Mini Excavators
More of
Doosan's
machines have
joined
Equipment
East's lineup. Meet the DX63-3 mini excavator
and the DX85R-3 mini excavator. Big surprises
come in small packages. Don’t judge a machine
by its size. These little guys pack a big punch!
Equipment East is big-time excited about these
mini monsters joining our fleet of machines.

yard. Both the DX63-3 and DX85R-3 are
available for rent or purchase.
What’s Past?
Doosan Dealers in Palm Desert
In March, dealers from all
over the country
congregated to Palm
Desert, CA for the Doosan Dealer Meeting with
“Momentum” as its theme; so much happened
in so little time on the West Coast.
Disclosure of several final Tier 4 engines for
both excavators and loaders were hot topics.
There were seminars on improving marketing
and sales, as well as awards and recognition for
the Top Doosan Dealers of 2014. If the beauty
of Palm Desert wasn’t enough, Doosan
excavators, loaders, and ADT’s were on display
for awe-inspired viewing.
The experiences from the meeting will serve as
a jumping off point as we keep the momentum
going this year and beyond.
What’s Famous?
Doosan in Gillette Stadium
It’s not exactly a red
carpet, but getting
into Gillette Stadium is
still worth bragging
about. Doosan’s
DX140LCR excavator was simply on a demo with
one of Equipment East’s customers when it
ended up inside the stadium. Only champions
are allowed on field level, so only products of
the same caliber are allowed, too, right?

We at Equipment East love seeing such a happy
beginning to a beautiful relationship between a
customer and their machine.
What’s to Come?
Equipment East Will Display at VMHA 2015
After such a
successful trip in
2014, Equipment
East will be
returning to the
Annual Vermont
Municipal
Highway
Association Equipment Show this spring. Last
year, we showcased a Doosan wheeled
excavator, which drew lots of interest and led
to several demos; this year, we are hoping to
have similar success in the aftermath of this
coming year’s event. Hope to see you there!

3. What’s Classified?
Join the Equipment East team! Become a part of
an equal opportunity group who sees each
individual as more than just an employee.
- Parts Personnel: Be the Part’s counter
personnel. Must be computer savvy and
very organized, detailed oriented and a
hard worker, knowledge of heavy
equipment. Making hydraulic hoses is
preferred, but not required. Valid
drivers' license needed.
- Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Upkeep
diesel heavy equipment, loaders,
excavators, etc. MSHA certification
preferred.
- Full Charge Bookkeeper: Manage
accounting and inventory, self-train on
industry-specific software with online
training. A self-motivated and detail-
oriented individual would fit best.
- Doosan Sales Representative: Promote
sales and rental concepts to customers,
educating them in proper equipment
applications along with technology
advancements that enable greater
productivity.

Our service team is factory trained by Ramfos,
Doosan, Yanmar, and Duetz, as well as Scania,
Cummins, and Isuzu certified. It is all part of our
efforts to better serve our customers.
