The primary function of the company was the distribution of stationery products only. During that period, the company transformed its name to the former and consolidated operations to include printing work, stationery supplies, computer accessories and allied products. The focus of the market being to encourage the production of quality products, Just-In-Time Supplies of stationery through service satisfaction, retaining and maintaining customer relationships with guided vision and determination, pioneering efforts and usage of modern technologies. CUSTOMERSAND SUPPLIERS Supply chain relationships between our customers and suppliers takes the central focus of our business, hence satisfying their requirements is fundamental to our business. Our main objective is to deliver products and services to our clients irregardless of their contract value and enhance both local and regional manufactures to produce goods and services on commission sales basis. NATURE OF OPERATIONS On the domestic market the company has concentrated on growing market share to alleviate all the shortcomings and loss associated with foreign currency shortages, declining paper production and from its inception it has been instrumental in the development and growth of our operations daily. 'Top quality products at competitive prices on time every time” is our motto. PROSPECTS The company has continued to grow substantially and its major contracts were awarded in 2004 following the acceptance of tender submissions to M.E Charhon (Pvt) Ltd, Diesel Electric – Harare and Hytec Zimbabwe. Since these contracts, the company has successfully tendered for big jobs and was awarded big contracts in Zimbabwe such as those from TM Supermarkets (Head Office), SGI Group of Companies and Gutsai Convenience Stores to mention but a few. This was achieved through the provision of the state-of-the-art products, marketing services, maintaining full product range, providing room for unlimited product selection and outwitting competition through the promotion of low prices and fair trading practices. The company has become well known to both the local industry for its office stationery, consultancy and has a good reputation of good quality workmanship, delivery and service. - MISSION STATEMENT - Page 3 of 5

CONCLUSION As indicated in the pages before, Gubles in 2006 did not embark on a major strategic drive which resulted in the growth of its book, rather it benefited from the misfortunes of the likes of the big entities in the printing industry which because of their continued reduced market share, it was able to penetrate. The onus is now on Management to make the most out of these gains and this will be a true test to the character of management and to prove that somehow they can deliver the goods. However, given the national economic environment experienced in the past year it is difficult to give a prognosis for Gubles, suffice to say that whatever happens, Gubles will likely produce better results from 2007 and ahead.
