This document contains a pre-test activity that asks students to identify whether certain habits are good or bad, such as exercising daily, avoiding tasks, reducing stimulants, sleeping late, and taking time to eat well. It then asks students to answer questions about how their family and peers contribute to their eustress and distress. Finally, it poses questions about how one's environment and the people in it affect mental and emotional health, and whether they experience more eustress or distress.
