2. PROJECT INFORMATION
The project has been initiated by Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC) to
provide security surveillance system in the AADC assets (substation and AinAl
fayda store) to maximize security, prevent losses due to theft, and thereby
provide uninterrupted services to the consumers.
As part of this initiative, CCTV surveillance system is proposed to be installed
in Grid stations, Primary substations (Brick built and package units) and Ain Al
Fayda store in Al Ain region.
This CCTV surveillance system is proposed to be monitored from the Central
Control Room (CCR) located in DMS building in Al Ain. However, the CCTV
system in Ain Al Fayda store is proposed to be stand alone type.

12. Payment Terms & Conditions
• 95%) against monthly progress invoices approved by
AADC,
• 3% upon issue of the PAC
• 2%) upon issue of the FAC

13. Insurance
• AADC's existing Property: Dhs. 10 Million per Occurrence.
• General Third Party Liability: Dhs. 10 Million per Occurrence
• One (1.0) Million for loss of or damage to property
• Fifteen per cent (15%) of CONTRACT PRICE subject to a
maximum of 150 M AED
