In June 2012 Ena Zubovic has done her practical work in YouQueen Magazine in Belgrade by
the recommendation of Professor Istok Pavlovic from the Faculty of Media and Communication.
She was rewarded with this opportunity during her third year of studies as being an exceptional
student.
After proving her skills, motivation and initiative during the internship time, she was offered to
become the part of the YouQueen team.
In regard to her commitment to pursue a career in media and communication, I stress that Ena is
highly determined, mature and capable of rigorous academic and scientific training. Guided by
our previous experiences with interns, we are always observing them performing the tasks to
assure that they are able to carry them out without errors. She was highly motivated to widen her
horizons and gain new knowledge, as well as she was capable to use it remarkably and with her
creativity she added value to our team and business.
During the last two years Ena has been continuously growing and gaining more experience
which allowed her to work in different areas of our company. She has been communicating with
writers, managing the whole process from rewarding the writers with topics to publishing the
finished articles. She has been managing our e-mail and communicating with business contacts
on a daily basis. Ena is currently our PR manager and social media director. Her duties include
planning and creating social media content and strategy for all social media profiles. This further
includes creating interesting content for our weekly newsletter, searching for famous bloggers
and inspiring people to interview, as well as preparation, research and realization up to the final
publishing. She is the person that pushes and promotes our content and brand online.
She demonstrated ability and reliability numerous times inside and outside the company and I
have every reason to believe that she will be successful in the future.
I was pleased to hear that Ena has applied for the master studies, which proves her will to never
stop growing and expanding her knowledge.
