Letter of Recommendation
I am pleased to recommend Mr Gustavo Vazquez as a professional and competent concrete artisan.
Gustavo was recruited by LWC as an artisan to work on its restoration of the National Gallery
Singapore project in 2013. In this project, there are some decorative and sculptural concrete work in
the tympanum and on the façade of the Former Supreme Court Building that need to be restored to
a stringent requirement.
Together with the LWC team, Mr Vazquez carried out the survey, the cleaning and the repair of the
decorative concrete work to the satisfaction of the project team. As such, I have no hesitation to
recommend Mr Gustavo Vazquez.
